-How to contact us?

A: Directly inquiry via interested products, or through Online service, or Send email by [email protected] , or Call us without any hesitation.

–How to confirm the product quality before placing orders ?

A: We will offer you certificate of analysis testing by HPLC, UV, GC, 13CNMR, and TLC and etc. We also cooperate with independent third party lab such as SGS,PONY etc.

To make sure that products can meet the standards of CP, EP, USP.

–Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we accept small order from 10g to 1kg for your evaluation quality of our goods.

A: For a larger quantity, we always support you with better price, and we will have some discount in some especial days.

–Can I get a Free sample?

A: Free sample is available. For most products we can provide you a free sample, while the shipping cost should be undertaken by your side. You may contact us (send us email or fill the form) to get a sample.

–What’s the payment terms?    

A: Proforma Invoice will be sent after your confirmation of the order. For payment terms, we accept payment by T/T bank, Western Union, Money Gram, L/C at sight by Sea, Credit card (Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance)

–How long can my order been shipped?

A: Normally the order will be delivery within 3 days after the order confirmed, except the customized products.

–How to pack and storage?

A: 1kg/Aluminum foil bag with Carton outside; 25kg/Fiber drum with double PE bags inside, Or be packed as you need.

Storage: Store in cool & dry place, keep away from strong light and heat.

–How to ship and delivery?

A1: By Courier/Express (door to door service): Fedex, DHL, TNT, and normally it need to take about 5-7 days.

A2: By Air (port to port): Normally, the MOQ is 45kg, and takes about 1-3 days(Depends on your country and port).

A3: By sea (port to port): Normally it takes about 10-35 days (Depends on your country and port).

–How to clear customs?

A1: By Express: Normally there is no specical need for the recipient to clear the customs. If the customs has an objection, our rich experienced and peofessional group will help you clear the customs.

A2: By Air and by Sea: Our company will cooperate with the recipient to provide relevant documents and information in the customs clearance procedure.

–How do you treat quality complaint?

A1: First, we will never evade problems and responsibilities, and seek an optimal solution through communication.

A2: If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund.
